Hi, my name is Robert William Steventon. I am 20 years old and I was born on the 5^th July 1987. I go to Surrey University and am studying Civil Engineering.

In the summer I spent 4 weeks in Peru with Latin Link - an organisation which sends teams to work alongside Latin American Christians. Step Teams get involved with practical projects, help in the community and join with the local church in evangelism.

I went with a group of 12 others from Guildford Baptist Church. We flew to Lima and then travelled north by coach for 8 hours to Huanuco.

We stayed on a farm which is going to be used as a refuge for young girls, and unmarried mothers. Whilst there we built a children’s playground and a toilet at the local church.
